This apartment hotel in downtown Kings Cross in Sydney is certainly good value for money given it's close proximity to Sydney's CBD. 

It was large and spacious with a big bathroom, serviced daily. There was excellent water pressure and plenty of hot water to boot. There was an enclosed balcony plus all kitchen utensils needed for a comfortable stay. 

The house WiFi was rather lousy but I managed to overcome that issue by simply using my phone's 4G reception which was ample. 

A comfy sofa would have been appreciated as there was only a table and chair to sit on other than the bed. Not a bad choice for a longer stay but given the option, I don't think I'd stay here again.
