We enjoyed a weekend trip to Bristol recently (June,2023). We stayed just one night at this lovely Hilton hotel, The Garden Inn which was very centrally located. 

At just £125 for the night, it was much better quality  than a Premier Inn (and cheaper for a last minute booking). The room was smaller than a Premier Inn but it was way more comfortable with the inclusion of a super king size bed. 

Breakfast wasn't included in the price but was only an additional £13pp extra for a unlimited contintental/cooked buffet which set us up for the day. The breakfast itself was pretty standard for a hotel of this caliber. 

Will definitely include the Hilton in my preferred places to stay in the future as, like Premier Inn, are quite consistent from what I've heard.
